The newly fabricated transom is in place and the Corecell is being applied. This part of the project moved quickly. The Corcell planks were edge-bonded with a special two-part polyester adhesive, which went on considerably easier by packing it into uncharged caulking cartridges and applying it with a pneumatic caulking gun. This photo also provides a good view of the finished forms inside the planking.
